Your Path to EU Residency
The Non-Lucrative Visa (NLV)

You must prove financial means to support yourself and your dependents without working in Spain. The minimum amount is calculated based on Spain’s IPREM index (400% for the main applicant, 100% for each dependent). As of 2025, this is approximately $\mathbf{\mathbf{€2,400}}$ per month for the main applicant.
Non-Working Status
You cannot be employed by a Spanish company or offer services to clients residing in Spain. Passive income from international investments is permitted.
